Amazing food and welcoming vibe!
We stayed for one night and had such a chill time. The roast beef on Sunday was top-notch, and the Yorkshire puddings? OMG! Super cozy place but parking could get a bit tricky during peak times. Loved the friendly service, they made us feel right at home. Definitely a hidden gem!

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of attractions right on the doorstep, from river boat trips to quirky shops. Our dog was welcomed, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Truly an enjoyable family getaway!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options on the menu.

Had a blast with my friends! We explored quirky shops, enjoyed river boat trips, and dined at lovely restaurants nearby. This place is a perfect base for adventures, with room that felt spacious and comfy. The staff were friendly and made everything easy. Don’t miss the dining options—they're top-notch! Can't wait to come back for another fun trip!
Only downside was the sporadic Wi-Fi connection, which made streaming a bit challenging for our group. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.

missingWrote a review on 15 Aprdelicious breakfastfriendly staffexceptional diningroom coolingheating issue
The Timble Inn offered a cozy atmosphere with its beautiful surrounding countryside. I loved the delicious breakfast options, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-decorated, providing comfort after a day of exploring. there were issues with the heating. My room was quite cold upon arrival, and despite reporting it, it took a long time for the heating to kick in. This really marred what could have been a perfect evening. Ideally, a room that's properly heated should be a standard expectation, especially at this price point. Another small quibble was the lack of snacks available in the room. An effort to enhance those little comforts would make a big difference. the dining experience was exceptional, with expertly crafted dishes and a lovely ambiance. I appreciate the good quality of the food offering and the attention to detail in the service.
